2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to create and use an account on the fy99 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a real individual and operate only one account in your name.
• You are knowingly and voluntarily agreeing to these Terms.
• Your account has not previously been cancelled or suspended on fy99.
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program.

fy99 reserves the right to verify identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3 Account Registration

When creating an account on fy99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending payments.

• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Preferred payment method details

3.2 One Member, One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account on fy99. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonus balances in them will be forfeited. Different members of the same household may operate separate accounts, but if those accounts share the same device or IP address, verification may be requested.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your fy99 account password and login details completely confidential. Any activity on your account will be considered your own unless you contact us to report unauthorised access.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

fy99 supports the most widely used digital payment methods in Bangladesh so you can complete transactions easily and quickly.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made using the following methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Via major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

5.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• The deposit limit for each account will be set according to the account verification level.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly; if there is a delay, contact [email protected].

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (for security reasons).
• Only real money balance can be withdrawn; bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on fy99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fy99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer has its own conditions, and winnings from bonuses will not be withdrawable unless those conditions are met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳32,000

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.
• The requirement must be completed within the specified period after the bonus is activated.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement.
• Separate terms apply to each promotion, which will be stated in the offer description.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse or attempts at fraud (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using risk-free betting strategies, etc.) are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

7 Gaming Rules

fy99 provides both casino games and sports betting services. The following general rules apply to both.

7.1 Casino Games

• All games are operated through verified third-party software providers and fair play is ensured.
• The outcome of each round is determined technically; fy99 does not interfere with results.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the amount of the affected bet will be refunded.
• Winnings from a session are added to your account immediately.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Betting markets and odds are displayed but may change — up until the event begins.
• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in exceptional circumstances determined by fy99).
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the refund policy for the relevant bet will apply.
• Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, and kabaddi.

8 Responsible Gaming

fy99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We therefore encourage all our members to game consciously and within their own limits.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

fy99 members may use the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a specified period.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for a continuous gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request to have your account closed for a set period or permanently.

8.2 Signs of Problematic Gaming

• Spending more money on gaming than your budget allows.
• The tendency to place more bets to recover losses.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fy99:

9.1 Fraud and Deception

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions.

• Intentionally exploiting errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

9.2 Money Laundering

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Request
